Dear Alan and Renee,

We had Alan come out to our home for one private 90 minute training session this last February to help our German Shorthaired Pointer, Penny, get acclimated to our new home. I've been intending to write you for a long time to let you know how pleased we have been with the results. Alan showed us how to correctly use an e-collar and within a week we had gone out and purchased our own e-collar. Since then, we have been able to take Penny on walks and runs while on a loose leash (a previously impossible task). We have even been able to take her to the sandwich shop down the street and she held a sit stay throughout the duration of the meal. We even remarked that she was better behaved than the children who were running, jumping, and screaming right in front of her the entire time. The employees at Petsmart were also very impressed as Penny behaved herself in the Halti around lots of activity and other dogs. 

I cannot thank you enough for the information Alan provided us. I still look forward to taking Alan up on his offer to drop in on some classes to increase her socialization and continue practicing her training with distractions. I regret that I have not had the time to work on her recall, but I intend to now that I am on summer vacation. We have been more than pleased with the training and have recommended you to friends and family.

Again, thank you so much and we look forward to working with you again in the future. I know that Penny thanks you too as now she is well-behaved enough to accompany us on more outings.
